Return and Refund policy

Defective items

We offer free 10-day return for exchange for products that are received as damaged to all customers.   If you had an issue with your product, please email a photo to our team with the order number clearly stated at:  sales@contessadicapri.com.   

We are happy to work with our customers and offer a replacement within 10 days of purchase.  Once your return is approved we will send you a return label.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and in the original condition without signs of wear.
  • Items must be in all original packaging.
  • Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we reserve the right to deny an exchange or refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

 

RETURNS 

We offer 10-day return for exchange for all customersThe return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered.

Promotional discounts are subject to be a final sale. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.   Return labels are not provided. The shipping cost of returns are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.   Additional shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back is the responsibility of the customer.   Packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will  not be accepted. 

Please note that a return fee of $20 is charged for returns. 

These return fees are deducted from the credit amount. 

Please note the entire return process will take an estimated 3-4 weeks from when you ship it, to when your return is processed.
